Your email will not be used for any commercial activities, nor will it be used for any messages regarding the workings of D-Spot. It's only used for the registration of the D-Spot service.

How can i un-register?

your account automatically is deleted after 12 months of inactivity. If you want you data deleted immediately, just send an email to d-post@diesel.comusing the email address you want deleted.

Is the D-Spot network only available in Bassano del Grappa?

As of today, yes. We are currently working to get the network in all Diesel stores in Italy, and subsequently overseas. The network will be accessible form inside the stores and in a limited fashion outside.

I live close to a Hot Spot, but form inside my home i can't access the D-Spot network.

The network has been designed for use outside. We cannot guarantee that the network work indoors, where wall and other equipment may weaken or block the signal.

Are there any limits in the use of the service?

There are some limits associated wit the use of services that are widely used for copyright infringement, like P2P networks, and the like.

What are the minimum requirements to use the D-Spot service?

You device, be it a computer, smartphone, tablet or whatever, needs WIFI connection capabilities, and needs to be within range of the D-Spot antennas.

To retrieve your password, please go to http://wifi.diesel.com, click LOGIN and then click "Forgotten Password?". You will have then to insert the email address used in the registration process: the password will be sent to this email address.

How do I reset the iOS application?

To reset the D-Spot application and to be able to register/login with another identity, you need to click on the Preferences icon, scroll down till you see the D-Spot red icon, click it and then activate the slide on the right so at the next log-on the App will be resettled.

I can see the D-Spot wireless network, but I can't connect.

Disable the wireless network in your device, wait 10 seconds and enable again the wireless network, now it should be possible to connect.
