The network has been designed for use outside. We cannot guarantee that the network work indoors, where wall and other equipment may weaken or block the signal.
There are some limits associated wit the use of services that are widely used for copyright infringement, like P2P networks, and the like.
You device, be it a computer, smartphone, tablet or whatever, needs WIFI connection capabilities, and needs to be within range of the D-Spot antennas.
To retrieve your password, please go to http://wifi.diesel.com, click LOGIN and then click "Forgotten Password?". You will have then to insert the email address used in the registration process: the password will be sent to this email address.
To reset the D-Spot application and to be able to register/login with another identity, you need to click on the Preferences icon, scroll down till you see the D-Spot red icon, click it and then activate the slide on the right so at the next log-on the App will be resettled.
